August 24 6 pm - 8 pm	Kick Off CITYCENTRE We'll review the rules, schedule, forms, and answer any beginning questions. All teams should have at least 1 team members at Kick off. Dinner will be served.
September 14 5 pm	Deadline - Call for Entries Submit to chair@canstruction-houston.com
September 16 5 pm	Deadline - Order Forms and Team Names Submit to chair@canstruction-houston.com
October 19 5 pm	Deadline - Sketches and Stories Submit to chair@canstruction-houston.com
October 28 5 pm	Deadline - Signs to A&E See submission instructions on form. A&E cannot guarentee that signs will be printed on time if they do not receive the forms on time.
November 2 6 pm	T-Shirt Party CITYCENTRE - Tasting Room Teams will find out their build locations and receive event t-shirts, awards invitations, wristbands, etc. All teams are required to have at least 1 team member attend. A light dinner will be served.
October 26 Bring to Party/5 pm	Deadline - Can Information Due Submit to chair@canstruction-houston.com
November 12 6 am - 8 am	Load In/Prep CITYCENTRE Teams will load in their cans in preparation for the build on Saturday. Specific load in times will determined during the Site Selection.
November 12 9 am - 6 pm	Build Day CITYCENTRE Teams build their structures. The committee provides a continental breakfast.
November 15 11:30 am - 1:30 pm	Judging Teams are not allowed in the area during judging. However, all teams should have their team name and participants covered before the judges tour the structures.
November 17 6 pm	Awards CITYCENTRE - Hotel Sorella
November 19 All Day	Open to Public and Media CITYCENTRE
November 20 7 am	DeCanstruction CITYCENTRE Teams dismantle their structures the the food goes to the Houston Food bank. Donuts and coffee are available.
